The following are the terms and conditions of the "Wink’s First Time Deposit Offer" (the "Promotion") on https://www.winkbingo.com/ (the "Wink Bingo Website"). The Promotion is organized by 888 UK Limited (the “Company”), the operator of the Wink Bingo Website. Your participation in the Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.

• The Promotion is an ongoing promotion with no current end date.
• If you play from Northern Ireland, this promotion does not apply to you.
• To be eligible for the Promotion you must:
  1. be a new customer and not have registered and/or deposited with Wink Bingo before;
  2. deposit a minimum of £10; and
  3. comply with these terms and conditions.
• The Promotion consists of:
  1. a bingo bonus of 200% of your first deposit (for example, if you deposit £20, you will receive a £40 bonus) up to a maximum of £100; and
  2. a games bonus of 200% of your first deposit (for example, if you deposit £20, you will receive a £40 bonus) up to a maximum of £100.
• You must claim the 200% bingo bonus & 200% games bonus within 7 days of them being granted to you, otherwise they will expire.
• For the purposes of this Promotion, the games listed in the casino tab on the Wink Bingo Website are all “Excluded Games” (and are, for the avoidance of doubt, all roulette games, blackjack games, or video pokers, and the Wheel of Light and Deal or No Deal games).

 
200% Bingo Bonus Terms

• Subject to the terms below, you will be granted a bingo bonus of 200% of your first deposit (up to a maximum of £100) when you deposit £10 or more.
• Any bingo bonus will be credited in bingo bonus funds to your bingo bonus bankroll immediately upon you wagering £10 or more. Bingo bonus funds cannot be converted to real money and can only be used to buy additional bingo cards.
• Real money winnings generated as a result of purchases of bingo cards will be credited to your real money bankroll. Bingo bonus winnings generated as a result of purchases of bingo cards will be credited to your bingo bonus bankroll.
• Wagering order: when purchasing a bingo card, real money funds will always be used before bonus funds.
• If you request a withdrawal from your real money bankroll before fulfilling the following wagering requirements you will lose all bingo bonus funds and any winnings connected with those bingo bonus funds: you must wager 2x the total amount of the deposit used to obtain the bingo bonus plus the bingo bonus funds received from that deposit (for example, if you deposit £10 and get a £30 bingo bonus, you must wager £80). Wagering must be done on bingo games only and only wagering with bingo bonus funds will count towards the wagering requirements.

 
200% Games Bonus Terms

• Subject to the terms below, you will be granted a games bonus of 200% of your first deposit (up to a maximum of £100) when you deposit £10 or more.
• The bonus will be credited in games bonus funds to your games bonus bankroll. Games bonus funds can be played on Instant Games only.
• Winnings generated as a result of wagering games bonus funds, will be added to the games bonus bankroll.
• Funds won from a games bonus can be transferred to real cash up to the value of £100, plus the initial bonus amount granted. 
• In order to withdraw games bonus funds and any winnings connected with those games bonus funds, you must wager 50x the amount of the games bonus funds. Only wagering with games bonus funds will count towards the wagering requirements.
• Please note that not all Instant Games contribute the same amount towards the wagering requirements. The following is a list of contributions for each individual game type: Video Slots, PJP & Slots, Arcade, Scratch Cards – 100%, Keno - 90%, Roulette Games - 10%, Hi-Lo Games, Video Poker, Baccarat, Blackjack Games -5%. For example: if you wager £500 on Keno, only £450 (90%) contributes towards the wagering requirements.
• Wagering order: when playing a game, real money funds will always be used before games bonus funds.
• If you request a withdrawal from your real money bankroll before fulfilling the above wagering requirement you will lose all games bonus funds and any winnings connected with those bingo bonus funds.

 
General Terms & Conditions:

• All bonuses and promotional offers, and any winnings generated through the wagering of either of the aforesaid, will be cancelled at withdrawal if any of the applicable conditions have not been met in full.
• For security and verification purposes, the Company restricts participation in the Promotion to one person for each household, computer terminal or mobile device.
• If you have a pending message on the Wink Bingo Website’s cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such an event, any bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.
• We may cancel, modify or suspend the promotion, bonus or special offer, including without limitation, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances.
